By accessing or using the Armatore Training website, online training programs, Zoom classes, certification courses, retreats, digital content, or merchandise (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using this site, you confirm you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace any service at our discretion, with or without notice.
Membership is billed monthly, biannually, or annually depending on the plan selected. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us.
Individual classes may be purchased à la carte or through quarterly subscriptions. Refunds are not issued for missed classes, but recordings are sent upon request.
Fees are paid upfront and grant access to an online learning platform. Users must pass quizzes and assessments to earn certification. No refunds are provided once course access has been granted.
Retreats require a deposit or full payment upon registration. Cancellation policies vary and will be clearly outlined during booking. Travel expenses are not included unless otherwise specified.
All merchandise is fulfilled via a third-party vendor. We are not responsible for shipping errors, delays, or fulfillment issues.
All content—including videos, text, designs, course materials, and branding—is the intellectual property of Armatore Training and Joseph Liberatore. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or resell any material without explicit written consent.
Use of our methods, content, or terminology (e.g., Joint Armour™, Conditioning Armour™, etc.) for commercial or instructional purposes without certification and approval is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Armatore Training does not provide medical advice. All movement practices are educational and for general wellness purposes. Consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have existing injuries or health concerns.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk. Armatore Training and its associates are not liable for injuries sustained through use of our services.

We may offer access to third-party tools or link to other platforms (e.g., retreat partners, merch vendors, Zoom, LMS portals). We are not responsible for their terms, data handling, or content. Use at your own discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armatore Training is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
We make no guarantees regarding performance results, outcomes, or specific fitness improvements. Your experience depends on your individual effort, health status, and consistency.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
